It has (thankfully) been growing somewhat cooler in the state of Texas during the last weeks. Nothing like the temperatures I hear of from other parts of the country. Seafood Chili

My husband says he hates chili. He says there’s not enough chewing involved. But he really, really loves seafood–especially shrimp. This is a great chili recipe if you’re not a real big chili lover. It is healthier since it uses seafood instead of beef and it has a variety of flavors that culminate together to make a perfect cold weather dish. Moose is Full of Mischief!

I guess even dogs can get a wild hair now and then. My dog Moose (a German shepherd mix) has been full of mischief lately! It started a few nights ago. The dogs and I went to bed around ten (our usual bedtime, give or take an hour or so) after one last quick trip outside for piddles. Around 1:30 in the morning, something drags me out of slumber.
